I love that they give them their gun back for the picture – and they hold it! Just when I think I have a small grip on the differences between the culture of the US and that of MX, I notice something else that I just don’t understand. It is census time here in Mexico and from May 31st until June 25 everyone is being counted. Well, as many as they can find anyway. The young woman census taker came to our door yesterday.
