Been there, done that (although I have never gone into a neighbor's house after one of them! - at least not an occupied one). Funny! I do wonder what the neighbors think of us crazy people who try to keep our pets confined and go to great lengths to do so. Glad you weren't run over there in the street, but I'm sure I'd have done the same. I jump in front of cars if one of the animals is out loose, just so they don't get tempted to run them down (let them try to run me down!). I hope Raui gets better - probably picked up a bug at the vet's during the last stay there. It is so hard when they are sick and can't keep anything down - they go flat so quickly.
